I think that constant blogging is a sign of obsession, because this shows that the person doing so has nothing else to do with their time.
When it comes to another's blog when you are interested in what they are talking about it is worth reading.
They should be considered when they comment on things on your blog because you put alot of time into your blog and for them to do whatever they want on your blog is disrespectful.
